HC Performance (“we,” “us,” or “our”), part of the HC Sports Management family, operates hcsmperformance.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide directly: When you sign up for free content (such as the prologue and sample chapters), submit our contact form, purchase a product, or submit footage and photos for a highlight reel, we collect information such as your name, email address, athlete’s name, age, position, and any messages or files you provide.
Payment information: Purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Gumroad and our payment processor at pay.hcsportsmanagement.com). We do not collect or store your credit card information ourselves; it is handled directly by these providers under their own privacy policies.
Automatically collected information: Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, used to maintain and improve the Site.
We use the information we collect to:

If you submit video clips or photos for a highlight reel, you grant HC Performance permission to use select clips and stills on our website and in our marketing materials. Featuring your reel publicly, including on our YouTube channel, requires a separate, explicit opt-in. Your delivered highlight reel itself is treated as private and is not posted publicly unless you specifically agree to it.
Our products and services are designed for hockey players generally between the ages of 13 and 20, and many of our users are minors. We rely on a parent or guardian to provide consent and submit information, payment, and footage on behalf of a minor athlete. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental involvement. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without appropriate parental consent, please contact us so we can remove it.
We use trusted third-party services to operate our Site and deliver our products, including:

· Gumroad , for digital product purchases and delivery
