The ice is where you flex, but the gym is where you grow. Our off-ice training is made for hockey players aged 14–25, with workouts that make you faster, stronger, and tougher. Here’s what you get:

  • Hockey-specific lifts to power up your legs and core.
  • Quickness drills to dodge checks and win races to the puck.
  • Stretching and recovery to keep you loose and injury-free.
